Although I've got a wonderful real-world girlfriend, I don't usually feel a draw towards traditional relationships (or attraction). In place of this, there are select fictional characters that I love and embrace and latch onto that fulfill the exact same role in my life as a traditional romantic partner. Even if it's hard to understand for most, it makes me happy. When acknowledging Hana Song as mine or my girlfriend, that's very literal for the role she takes on in my life (the exact same way my real-world partner does - they're equal). I'm very protective & possessive over her.

My Special Girls 🐰

Given how I feel about these characters, it's important to me that select fixations of mine are respected in relation to those feelings I have for them and the relationship dynamic I have that revolves around them. They are, for all intents and purposes, mine as my partners in my world and life. Please don't make comments about them or surrounding them that one would not say about someone's actual real-world partner, as these characters fill the same role for me. I'm really sensitive about these characters that I have especially strong bonds and connections with, and just want to be comfortable in my own shell and life enjoying my extremely complex and deep connection with them. Each is my partner the exact same way that my real-world girlfriend is, there is no difference between them and my physical girlfriend apart from the ability to physically interact with them. Some call it 'fictosexuality', but that term is a bit silly for me to get behind. In reality, it's probably stemming from me being demiromantic.
